We have a standard phone number for sales and support, 01952 457392 and we can solve the majority of the problems while our clients are on the phone. All but the lowest priced of our packages come with support hours included, which means that most of our clients pay nothing extra during the course of the year for support. For many web businesses, support is the biggest earner and often used to subsidise the cost of the initial website.
Should you require changes to your site that you cannot do yourself, we promise that we'll give you a quote in writing before we ask you to commit, and that quote will be fixed price. If it lakes us longer than we quoted for, that's our problem, not yours.
