Q. I'm getting loads of undeliverable mail receipts.
What you are seeing is called backscatter. Also known as outscatter, misdirected bounces, blowback or collateral spam) is a side-effect of e-mail spam, where email servers receiving spam and other mail send bounce messages to an innocent party (you). This occurs because the original message's envelope sender is forged to contain the e-mail address of the victim (yours!).
Our filters will catch some of these messages, but because they are bouncebacks, they tend to score low on spam as the spam is actually in an attachment not in the message itself.
They often stop as quickly as they start. One thing we could do is to take off the catch-all email setting from your email address. If you can let us have a list of all the email addresses you do use (sales@, info@, etc) we should be able to substantially reduce the amount you get because most are bounced back to a made up name (e.g. ende.assu@yourdomain.co.uk). If you would like us to do this for you, please contact us.

Q. I'm getting garbled messages from the form on my site
It's an automated form submitting program, trying to add links to your website.
Google loves links to websites, it helps build up the page rank and this is why people have written programs to search out form and fill them with linking code. You can safely ignore them.
We may be able to help protect your form by using a CAPTCHA device which will reduce of stop these messages completely. Please contact us if you would to investigate this option.

Q. Can I access webmail for my emails
Webmail is great for accessing your emails on the move or while on holiday.
We have 2 servers so accessing the mail will be via one of these addresses.

Simply enter your full email address and password. This works on any internet enabled mobile phone too.

Domain Names
Q. I've had a renewal notice from Domain Registry of America
The Domain Registry of America send out renewal notices well in advance of the renewal date. The letters look like official invoices and they get your details from the naming authorities. Really, it's an invitation to renew with them rather than your current provider.
If I were you, I'd ignore it.
