Are you wasting your Google position?
We recently contacted the top 40 websites listed in Google for a search term that brought back small providers of accomodation. We attempted to contact them by email using the most prominent email address we could find.
Here are the results out of 40 websites:
36 actually had email addresses visible.
12 of these emails were returned by the ISP or email provider with problems, including:
Invalid Recipient
Unrouteable address
invalid address
unknown user
Relay access denied
No such user here
Address does not exist
When was the last time you checked the email address you use on your website?
